One of the leading real estate developers in the Philippines is Megaworld Corporation. As leaders in the industry, they are committed to their “Live, Work, Play” concept which they pioneered in the country. Integrating residential, office and commercial aspects in one development helps boost land value but at the same time, to provide a better lifestyle for Filipinos.
As the number of developments rise in Bonifacio Global City, Megaworld is set to include Worldwide Plaza in its flagship development north of the district—Uptown BGC. This is one of the most exciting projects of the year as this building will bear the name of the biggest bank in the world.
In 2018, Megaworld Corporation and JPMorgan Chase–a leading global banking and financial service provider– have formed a partnership to build a collaborative project that is Worldwide Plaza. By the time of its completion, Worldwide Plaza will also be called "JPMorgan Chase Tower", as this building will be made exclusively for their Global Service Center.

Location and its Accessibility
Worldwide Plaza will be located at 9th Ave. corner 38th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Its prime location will be accessible to a lot of commercial establishments such as Uptown Parade and Uptown Mall—a retail complex and a mall respectively. Neighbouring buildings have their own retail as well which is usually composed of charming cafes and restaurants.
Transportation
There are 2 Bus Stops available nearby, one is St. Michael which is a 3-minute walk from the building via 10th Ave. and the other is the North Station which is a 5-minute walk via 38th Street and 11th Ave. PUJs, cabs, and Grab service are also available in the area.
A first of its kind and very helpful feature of Uptown is its soon to be completed Skytrain Monorail system that connects Taguig Fort Bonifacio to Makati. A joint effort by Megaworld and the government to bring better access to the district.
Upcoming transportation infrastructure that will surely make Uptown BGC on top of the most accessible districts will be the future Metro Manila Subway Station namely the Kalayaan Station which is expected to be fully operated by the third quarter of 2027.
