Transportation
This location is accessible by multiple means of transportation, such as the jeepneys that pass along Ayala, which can take you to different entry/exit points of the city. There are also two major bus stops that are a 3-5 min walk from the building — Ayala Makati Sky Plaza and Ayala Triangle Paseo de Roxas. About an additional 5 mins, you can also reach the major station of Ayala Avenue, which is home to the Ayala MRT station, and the terminal hub which houses different P2P bus terminals and UV Express. Lastly, you can easily hail a cab or book a Grab car online when in the business district.

It is also important to note that, NEX Tower is only 3 mins walk away from the Makati Medical Center. In case of emergencies, having access to a good hospital is a major advantage. Additionally, the city's fire station and police station are both located along Ayala Avenue, which means a fast response time should there be a need for their help.

Its unique shape has dramatic diagonal fins that reduce solar flares and heat — not only is it beautiful but also functional. The material palette used for its interiors further enhances the tower’s cutting edge qualities offering a contrast between light and dark, transparent and opaque to build an architectural language that captures the essence of modernist premium design.
The NEX tower has been selected as the Best Green Development Award winner in the 2019 MIPIM Asia Awards. The program recognizes excellence in architecture and real estate in the Asia Pacific region each year. The Best Green Development Award honors projects that achieve high levels of sustainability. With over 50 projects submitted to the awards program from leading developers across the region, NEX Tower was the sole finalist and the only award winner from the Philippines that's been selected for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Asia Pacific Award for Excellence. The award recognizes superior development efforts across the Asia Pacific region in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
This tower was designed by acclaimed architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. It was designed to achieve the LEED Platinum certification that it has today. They are currently applying for WELL certification, which will strengthen their portfolio even more, as this will not only make NEX Tower a “sustainable building” but also a “healthy building”.

NEX Tower welcomes you with an international—quality arrival either from its main entrance along Ayala Avenue or from the back entrance along the Dela Rosa access road. Both entrances lead to a soaring lobby that has a 16-meter Floor-To-Ceiling Reception with impressive lush greenery walls.
