Completed in 2016, Alliance Global Tower stands at 11th Avenue corner 36th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Due to its prime location, it is very accessible via public transportation. There are multiple bus stations that surround Uptown Bonifacio all within less than 3 minutes walk. These buses can bring you to any point in BGC including entry/exit points Ayala Avenue, Kalayaan Avenue, Market-Market C5, and Lawton Avenue. With Megaworld's continuous efforts to improve Uptown Bonifacio's accessibility, its also on its way to complete the Skytrain Monotrail by 2022 which will connect Uptown to Makati Guadalupe Station and will cut travel time from 30 minutes to 5 mintues.
Uptown BGC will also have a station for the underdevelopment Mega MetroManila Subway which is set to be completed in 2027.
Support Services
Alliance Global Tower as mentioned above is directly connected to Uptown Bonifacio Mall which gives it convenient access to a number of retail options, supermarkets, commercial banks, fashion stores, and other specialty stores. Right across the building is Uptown Parade--another retail complex that is home to upscale dining restaurants and night bars.
Important support services to take note of as well are St. Luke’s Medical Center, in case of emergencies. Also, the building is a 7-8 minute drive away from BGC Police Community Precinct and BGC Fire and Disaster Emergency Response--both at 5th and 26th.
Building Design
Alliance Global is a LEED-certified building that features a highly sustainable design such as its double-glazed glass curtain wall that allows natural light to penetrate the building premises with less thermal heat and good sound insulation. It also features a mechanical design for highly-efficient energy consumption, water-efficient landscapes, bike racks, and shower facilities, and use of non-to-low toxic green cleaning products and pest control strategies.
Other features include a 300-sqm Skygarden at the 18th level which takes part of its building facade and which connects directly to the executive offices and the chairman’s boardroom. Another 445-sqm skygarden is located at the tower’s roof deck.
