Circuit City
Circuit City is a privately developed mixed-use estate by leading developer Ayala Land. It was historically the Sta. Ana Park--a horse racetrack which operated from 1937 to 2008. Circuit City is a total of 21 hectares located at the Northwest portion of Makati City and is easily accessible from the Central Business District. It is an ideal location for offices looking for better rental rates with newer infrastructure. As the district is fairly new, opening only back in 2011 with the first office developments being completed in 2017
Circuity City consists of a lifestyle mall which is at the center, residential condominiums, offices, an artificial football pitch, and a lot of open space for leisure with a riverfront view of the Pasig River. Part of the open space is the Globe Circuit Events Ground which is a 2-hectare space usually used for concert grounds and can accommodate up to 20,000 people.
