Century City is a fairly new development by private developer, Century Properties. Development started in 2007 and continuously added new structures mostly skyscrapers with dominating designs.
Its a 3.4 hectare mixed-use development that features a mall, luxury residential condominiums, a medical center and office towers.
The development has access from Kalayaan Avenue and from Makati Avenue. It is approximately 5 minutes away from the central business district by car or just 550 meters from the Kalayaan Avenue entry point to the border of the CBD--Makati Avenue corner Jupiter Street.
Currently, there are 2 office towers in the development, Century Spire and Century Diamond Tower. Both are Grade A offices with contemporary and sleek exterior designs.
